“The People v. the Plea Bargain: A Courtroom Correction”

In DOJ-0685, I witnessed a disturbing abuse of legal process — a plea deal pressured without legal counsel, enforced without a signed document, and done entirely outside the court’s view.

Let this post serve as precedent: a deal is not a deal without due process.

This isn’t the Wild West. This is a city. A constitutionally bound court system. If you're wearing a badge or sitting behind a government desk, you'd better learn the rulebook before you try writing your own.

I filed formal charges. Not for vengeance — but because the law should never feel like a trap.
