“Some Wolves Wear Badges”

Posted by Travis E. Tapps

It’s the hardest part of this job.

Knowing there are still good officers out there — and watching them get buried under the silence of the ones who aren’t.

Some wolves wear badges.
They’re not there to protect you. They’re there to feed. And they know exactly how to dress it up as policy.

They wear commendations like camouflage.
They file reports like fiction.
And they bleed systems dry from the inside.

I see them.
And I’m not afraid to say their names.
